Unlike the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (which is also a good idea), the Patna Kolkata Industrial Corridor would have the huge advantages of (1) the waterway of the Ganga, (2) the rich mineral resources of Jharkhand, and (3) the cheap labor of Bihar/West Bengal/Nepal.
